We also produce 360-images for Tourist & Convention Bureau organizations. 360-images are also being produced for use at 360CityGuide.com, a website owned and operated by 360WorldGuide, highlighting the best from exciting cities and regions around the world.
For City Tourist & Convention Offices aiming to attract more travellers and increase sales support for local partners, with the use of 360-images on a website, it is valuable to simplify technology and project management. This contract provides for:

The ECT Contract
The initial contract was signed June 19th, 2003 between 360WorldGuide and European Cities Tourism (ECT) and has been renewed in June 1st, 2005. This contract enables member Tourist & Convention Bureau organizations to acquire 360-images at no cost for the Tourist & Convention Bureau organizations. New 360-images are being produced to be used at the city official websites in order to provide enhanced sales support to their partners/members, who purchase these production services at a fraction of the normal alternative cost.
The prices have changed slightly over the years and are no longer regulated in a contract. As of June 1, 2009 the prices are instead communicated directly on our website. The key components of the concept are the same:

- No exclusivity, a tourist organisation can always stop promote ours and change to another vendor at any time
The only thing the tourist & convention organization has to do is to sign up, promote the contract and make sure that the decision is taken to actually publish the 360-images on their website. Everything else, all the work and administration, is done by the 360WorldGuide project management team.
With strong focus on high quality and cost efficient production we produce digital image content, including 360-images as well as flat images. The main purpose with the contract is to make possible to acquire 360-images in a structured and cost efficient manner for use at the official city website without jeopardizing any legal rights.
European Cities Tourism has negotiated favourable terms & conditions for the benefit of the entire organization. The Master Contract with ECT covers all member organization, but each City Tourist & Convention Bureau organizations must sign a project agreement to activate their agreement in order to promote our services and use the produced 360-images for free.
The "Contract" covers all financial and legal aspects of the productions and the "Project Agreement" regulates practical matters such as:
- When to activate the agreement?
- How are local members/partners informed about this opportunity?
- Who will send the invoices to each member/partner?
- How, where and when will the 360-images be published on the official city website?
- Who will be responsible for the administration involved running thousands of 360-images? We always recommend our webhosting service.
A fair pricing model is the core of this contract
- All inclusive standardized prices
- 360-images ordered by the local partners are paid for by the partner for use on the local City Tourist Office official website
- These 360-images can also be used at each partners own website at no extra charge
- 360-images from official buildings, attractions and sights are ordered, and paid for, by the City Tourist & Convention Office

The local City Tourist & Convention Office is in charge for promoting this opportunity and inviting suitable partners/members from the local establishment to participate. The City Tourist Office either collects and forwards the purchase orders to 360WorldGuide or an online order website is set up to provide for this by 360WorldGuide.
