Our Business Model
360WorldGuide was one of the first production companies to offer a true global photography production service to major international hotel chains, back in 1999.
High quality hotels are demanding clients and we understand the complexity of photography at hotels in full operation, with a minimum of disruptions. Our key concept is coordination and we can produce all needed content such as High Resolution Still Images, 360-images and Video while the property is prepared and set up for a photo shoot. We can also assist with the project management to coordinate other vendor productions at the same time to be able to use the same setup.
With a unique project management approach we simplified everything for large hotel chains wanting a standardized look & feel for all their properties. The concept with one single contract instead of hundreds of local contracts with individual photographers in each city helped us win many global production contracts, such as the Hilton contract with over 350 Hilton brand properties produced by us over a period of 4 years.
During the years we have also produced hundreds of hotels, convention venues, museums, restaurants and attractions for numerous City Tourist & Convention Bureaus appreciating the same approach as international hotel chains - one simple contract and easy to understand legal terms & conditions.
With high production volumes we manage to deliver very high quality at a very low cost. Our production methodology has improved over the years and we are able to produce high quality 360-images and high resolution still images rapidly with a minimum of disruptions at the property.
Today we take our client projects to a totally new level. As of January 2017 we coordinate all our client projects with our own productions for our 360CityGuide.com project. By coordinating this we can improve quality and radically reduce our prices.
We simplified many things for our hotel chain clients and City Tourist & Convention Bureaus with our project management approach and one single contract instead of hundreds of local photographers with separate contracts.
Now we change everything again and we offer the same low contract prices for all our clients. All clients can simply use the very same contract and save a lot of time on negotiations. The only thing to consider is for our clients to decide if the prefer to "piggy-back" with 5 coordinated productions at the same destination or if they prefer to go for a separate production and pay for travel costs. All other terms are the same.
With one single contract for all our clients we simplify everything again. The new all inclusive contract price is better than ever and includes travel cost, project management, high quality production methodology and for 360-images as well as high resolution still images with simple to understand legal terms. Our images can be used forever and wherever at no extra charge.
As of November 2016 we use our new design format called 360Show for all featured hotels, convention & banquet venues, restaurants, museums and all other venues that we highlight in our 360CityGuide project. This new format is optimized to work with all major web browsers, including iPhone/iPad and Android devices.
The all new 360Show format is available to all our clients, not only the clients we feature on the 360CityGuide.
